"Gypsies, tramps and thieves". We'd hear it from the people of the town. They'd call us gypsies, tramps and thieves. But every night all the men would come around; and lay their money down. -- Cherilyn Sarkasian LaPier

Cowboy, take me away.

Now she’s comin' home to visit
holdin the hand
of a wild-eyed boy
with a farmer’s tan.

They never understand
why their princess falls
for some camouflage britches
and a southern boy drawl.

Ladies love country boys.

Petrol station side-show alley.

Ha, so basically there's this one sales attendent at a Coles servo in Invermay.
And imagine the conversation went like this...

Servo bloke: *American accent* "Hi, how're goin' today ma'am?"
Myself: "Well thanks, $57.60 on pump 5 please".
Servo bloke: "Flybuys?"
Myself: "Yes."
Servo bloke: "Coupons?"
Myself: "No."
Servo bloke: "Instore specials?"
Myself: "No."
Servo bloke: "Other instore items?"
Myself: "No."
Servo bloke: "Got the paper today?"
Myself: "No, Sir."
Servo bloke: "Call me, Dave."
Myself: "Whatever.... Dave... It's pump 5... $57.60... Total... Visa... Signature... PLEASE."

Clearly I don't go to the local shows 'round here... the carnies freak me out.
Now they've managed to get jobs in national petrol chains.
Great.

One kiss from you, and I'm drunk up on your porch.

At this very moment.
These two, Angus & Julia Stone.
Brother & sister,
are blessing my ears with their voices.

I don't know why, I don't know why.

Finding myself.

So here I am, a bit fresh to this whole 'blogging' business.
I am here, but.
Hoping to open a few doors in my soul; study my diverse layers.
